The staff are extremely helpful and hard-working people to interested in finishing work rather than providing great service. The setting is perfect and excellent, it's close enough to numerous shops and restaurants. Besides, the hotel is located 3 km away from Mary's Shell.

I can't recommend highly enough this hotel while visiting Palma Nova. Lovely relaxing and simply stunning property that has attentive staff in the manner they treat staff. The location is beautiful, next to a bus stop. Make sure you stay in the guest room with lovely balconies.

Easy walk to Saint Mary's Cathedral. Decent size room plus a safe and sound-proofed windows. Excellent service during my really nice stay. Wi-Fi provided in the property.
